01 The horizontal edge and corner automatie grinding machine is an automated deviee specificallydesigned for grinding workpieces with large edge and corner dimensions, lt is particularly suitable forgrinding the welced edges and corners of large sheet metal enelosures, This equipment is equippedwith full automation functions, from clamping, the workpiece to completing the final grinding process,schieving filautomation.
02 During the grinding process, only a regular worker needs to place the workpiece into the fixed position.[herefore, there are no speeifie requirements for the grinding skills ofthis worker, nor are theresignificant physieal demands. This greatly reduees the manual labor cosis for grinding.
03 The equipment is fully automated in the grinding process, controlled by the HR2C multi-task controllerindependently developed and produced by Hengren Technology, which controls servo mofors andcylinders, It can automatically clamp the workpiece while precisely controlling the grinding distance, lthas the advantnges of high working effciency and high degree ofautomation, lt replaces manualgrinding of workpiece edges, R angles, and small surfaces, basienlly achieving automated grindingoperations. This significantly improves the eficieney of traditional manunl grinding, ensuring goodgrinding quality and consistency.
04 Extermal dust exiraction equipment (oplionaly connects to the dust outlet ofthe sheet metal cover,allowing for the extraction and collection of grinding dust, reducing the pollution of dust to humanhealth and the cnvironment.
